Description:

  • As a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work with a dynamic team to build and maintain enterprise software applications.
  • You will collaborate with designers, AI experts, and other engineers to create software products that address high-stakes problems for customers.
  • The role involves working on an AI-powered contract review application called Screens, utilizing a modern software stack and rapid iteration.
  • Responsibilities include building full stack applications, brainstorming solutions with product managers and designers, collaborating with AI engineers, improving code quality, enhancing internal tools, troubleshooting issues, mentoring junior members, and participating in incident response.

Requirements:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
  • A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a software engineer is necessary.
  • Experience in building full stack applications using Python and JavaScript, with a preference for React as the frontend framework, is required.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to refine requirements.
  • Experience in building modern, cloud-native applications using serverless technology is essential.
  • A strong interest in creating enterprise software with a focus on customer empathy is required.
  • Candidates should possess strong problem-solving, collaboration, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • An eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools is necessary.
  • A deep understanding of version control systems (Git), relational databases (Postgres preferred), RESTful API design, CI/CD tools, containerization (Docker), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) is required.
  • Familiarity with the modern software development lifecycle in an agile product team is essential.
