Remote Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack at Nuna will be part of the Provider Engineering team working on a greenfield consumer-facing portal for Health Systems and Health Care Providers.
• Responsibilities include supporting multi-channel integrations with CRM, CPaaS, BI tooling, EHR integration, and more.
• The role involves managing communication and PHI data transactions between Nuna and partners, Community Health Workers, and Nuna's patient-focused mobile application.
• The position offers opportunities to work with a diverse set of tools and skill sets in a dynamic, fast-paced engineering team focusing on architecture, data security, full-stack web applications, and developer operations.
• Collaboration with internal and external teams such as Product, InfraSec, Trust, Legal+Compliance, and Community Health Workers is essential.
• The successful candidate will be self-motivated, collaborative, hands-on, and able to meet ambitious delivery deadlines while challenging colleagues to excel.

Requirements:

• Experience in building production-hardened web services with a focus on security, performance, scalability, reliability, and repeatability, including familiarity with frameworks like Spring Boot.
• Proficiency in full stack development and willingness to work with various programming languages.
• Ability to create performant, scalable APIs using service-oriented system architecture.
• Experience in rapidly prototyping new product concepts, particularly for enterprise clients.
• Understanding of automated testing concepts in web applications and consistent application of them.
• Knowledge of database fundamentals such as indexing, SQL queries, schema migrations, and managing backups.
• Experience in managing production services and designing smooth deployment processes, preferably in AWS.
