Remote Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack

Description:

• The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Pano will drive major projects to enhance end-to-end capabilities for users while developing scalable, secure, and maintainable production systems.
• Responsibilities include working across the entire stack to build highly scalable distributed solutions, developing new features and infrastructure, driving new projects from concept to deployment, ensuring application performance and uptime, and maintaining high code quality standards.
• The role involves participating in agile development methodologies, being on-call to address production issues, and creating run-books, metrics, and dashboards.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Software Engineer.
• 3+ years of professional experience in a fast-paced SaaS or similar business environment.
• For those focusing on the front-end, expertise in front-end technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS3, HTML5, and frameworks such as React.
• For those focusing on the back-end, experience with server-side Java development, modern frameworks, SQL, and RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL).
• Ability to visualize and build proposed systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and communicate effectively within the team and organization.

Benefits:

• Salary range of $145,000 - $175,000 per year, with the final offer based on qualifications, education, experience, skills, and location.
