Description:

Owner.com is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Full-Stack to join their remote team.
The company provides an all-in-one platform for restaurants to succeed online, offering tools for website building, online orders, customer relationship management, and marketing automation.
The role is fully remote and can be based anywhere in the United States or Canada, with optional in-person collaboration opportunities in San Francisco.
The engineer will be responsible for building new products and features from the ground up, taking ownership of projects from conception to shipping.
Responsibilities include ensuring modular, maintainable, and high-quality code, delivering value to end users, shaping product direction through user interaction, providing code reviews, and helping to build a great team by interviewing candidates.
The tech stack includes Frontend technologies like React, Next.js, and Vue, and Backend technologies like Node.js and MongoDB.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience building applications.
Extensive experience with Typescript is required.
Experience with scaling frontend stacks (React, Next.js) and/or backend stacks (Node.js, MongoDB, AWS) is necessary.
Previous experience at a product-focused startup or technology company is preferred.
A high degree of cross-functional collaboration is essential, with past colleagues in product, design, and business speaking highly of the candidate's teamwork.
Candidates should be dedicated to continuous professional development and possess a lifelong-learner mindset.
A strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are required.

The estimated starting base salary range for this role is $170K-200K, depending on level, location, and experience, along with a generous pre-IPO equity package.
