Remote Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Description:

• As a Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack at ServiceNow, you will be responsible for building high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes.
• You will work closely with product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation, to delivery of high-quality products to users.
• Your role will involve implementing software that is simple to use, allowing customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs.
• You will contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while enhancing the existing product suite.
• Additionally, you will act as a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing within the team.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience with Java or a similar object-oriented language is required for this role.
• A passion for JavaScript and the Web as a platform, reusability, and componentization is essential.
• Experience with data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design, design patterns, and performance/scale considerations is necessary.
• Proficiency with modern UI frameworks like Angular, React, or Vue is preferred.
• Strong analytical and design skills are a must-have for this position.

Benefits:

• The base pay for this position in the Bay Area ranges from $137,000 to $233,000, in addition to equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation, and benefits.
