• The role involves integrating LLMs, embeddings, and other AI technologies into product offerings to deliver innovative features and exceptional user experiences.
• Responsibilities include developing customer-focused applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting rapid prototyping, ensuring core functionality stability, and mentoring other engineers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in professional full-stack software development, with a recent focus on leveraging AI/ML technologies.
• Proficiency in programming languages like Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or Go, and working with modern web application components.
• Experience with frontier-scale LLMs for developing applications in production environments is a plus.
• Strong software engineering practices, including coding, unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation.
• B.S. or higher in Computer Science (or equivalent work experience).
• Advanced proficiency in English, passionate about crafting innovative solutions, and experienced in Agile methodologies.
• Curiosity about engineering beyond immediate discipline, creating user-friendly products, and owning complete features and products.
• Proactive in sharing thoughts and input, fearless in tackling challenges, and experience with SQL, RDBMS, and data warehousing solutions.
