Description:

Lead the development and launch of the full ZK stack and mainnet to enable independent ZK app deployment.
Develop and integrate the marketplace and universal ZK layer for ease of use and language agnosticism.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive demand and unlock various use cases for the universal ZK layer.
Ensure the technology stack remains up-to-date and capable of supporting complex network changes and deployments.
Launch the full ZK stack and mainnet within the first 3-6 months.
Achieve extraordinary performance levels and compatibility with different programming languages.
Establish the company as a leader in ZK application deployment.
Reduce barriers to entry and increase industry adoption.

Requirements:

Extensive experience in engineering a layer 1 blockchain, preferably from its nascent state.
Mastery of Solidity with demonstrated proficiency in Rust and secondary expertise in GoLang.
Proven experience in managing and deploying smart contracts.
Strong background in building and maintaining APIs, with experience working with cloud platforms like AWS.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrated leadership abilities with a track record of inspiring and guiding teams.
Proficiency in time management and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and methodologies.
