The company is seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join their remote team and contribute to the future of data analysis for customers.
The role involves building scalable, high-performance software across the full stack and collaborating with designers, product managers, and engineers.
Responsibilities include translating ideas and designs into software solutions, taking ownership of features, conducting design and code reviews, resolving complex issues, influencing technical decisions, and advancing Highlight’s mission.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience building web applications.
Strong proficiency in multiple technologies including React, TypeScript, C#, ASP.NET, and PostgreSQL is required.
Experience working on product-focused teams with end-to-end ownership is essential.
A strong product mindset is necessary, with a focus on user experience and delivering real value.
Candidates should be proactive problem-solvers who thrive in ambiguity and open-ended challenges.
Strong collaboration skills are required, including the ability to mentor and contribute in a team-oriented environment.
Bonus points for experience with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Terraform) and production system operations (AWS, Kubernetes, observability platforms like DataDog).

The on-target earnings for this position range from $135,000 to $165,000, based on previous experience and skillset.
