• Simpplr is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack to join their team in Gurugram, India.
• The company delivers AI-powered employee experiences at scale, unifying engagement, enablement, and self-service for a seamless and personalized work experience.
• The successful candidate will work in a cross-functional team to develop scalable microservices in Node with TypeScript and user-facing features using React TypeScript.
• Responsibilities include building and maintaining applications on AWS, writing automated tests, influencing architecture, and mentoring team members.
• Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of experience, expertise in Node.js and React, knowledge of CI/CD, unit testing, and functional programming patterns, and a passion for working in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Additional desired skills include experience with AI tools, distributed architecture, microservices, and feature flag tools.
