Remote Senior Software Engineer, Full Stack

Description:

• Ironclad is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to work on the full stack, focusing on the back end.

• The role involves collaborating cross-functionally to identify business problems and develop solutions to help lawyers scale their businesses effectively.
• The Senior Software Engineer will work on a modern stack including TypeScript, ReactJS, Node.js, Java, and Docker containers in Kubernetes on Google Cloud Platform.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4+ years of software experience in architecting, building, launching, and maintaining complex systems.
• Strong coding fundamentals and experience leading projects with a high quality bar.
• Backend experience with some exposure to front end development.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to make trade-offs between product requirements and technical complexity.
• Self-organizing and able to plan work effectively.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, Node.js, and ideally with technologies like ReactJS, Postgres, ElasticSearch, Kubernetes, and SQL.
• Previous experience in data systems or enterprise data modeling.
• Ability to identify performance improvements at scale.
