3Pillar Global is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Full Stack (Java/Angular) to join their Product Development team in India.
The role involves providing technical leadership to the development team, guiding the technical direction, architecture, and best practices for UI-based projects.
The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers, to ensure technical decisions align with project goals and timelines.
Responsibilities include enforcing coding standards, reviewing code, and mentoring team members to maintain high code quality and consistency.
The position requires leading the design and development of software architecture, making decisions on frameworks, patterns, and technologies to ensure scalability, maintainability, and performance.
The engineer will also address complex technical challenges, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on solving technical problems to ensure successful delivery of UI projects.

Requirements:

Candidates must have a minimum of 5+ years of experience in Angular, Unit Testing, UX design, Figma, Storybook, and MonoRepo.
Experience in Agile software development methodologies is required.
Expertise in applying Object-Oriented Programming principles, including abstraction and encapsulation, is necessary.
A good understanding of SOLID principles is essential.
Proficiency in the English language is required.
Additional experience in Java is desired.
