Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer position at Qualified involves working on the PipelineAI SaaS platform powered by AI to revolutionize pipeline generation for customers.
• The team focuses on solving complex problems with innovative solutions, leveraging technologies like Large Language Models (LLM) to create cutting-edge products.
• Engineers take complete ownership of projects from conception to launch, ensuring excellence in coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and customer rollout.
• The role includes integrating LLMs, embeddings, and other AI technologies into product offerings to deliver innovative features and exceptional user experiences.
• Responsibilities also involve collaborating with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to develop mission-critical applications, conducting rapid prototyping, and continuously improving core functionality.
• The position requires mentoring other engineers, setting engineering standards, and supporting highly-available services for customers' business-critical needs.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack software development with a recent focus on AI/ML technologies.
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or Go, object-oriented programming, systems design, and working with large-scale, low-latency systems.
• Experience with frontier-scale LLMs programmatically for developing applications in production environments is a plus.
• Strong software engineering practices, including coding, unit testing, code reviews, and design documentation.
• B.S. or higher in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in English, passionate about crafting innovative solutions, and staying at the cutting edge of applied AI.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and a startup environment is a plus.
