Description:

Qualified is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Full Stack team in LATAM, responsible for developing the PipelineAI platform.
The role involves integrating AI technologies like Large Language Models (LLMs) into products to enhance user experiences.
The engineer will work closely with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to develop critical applications and features.
Responsibilities include rapid prototyping, ensuring stability and scalability of core functionality, and mentoring other engineers.
The position requires continuous skill growth to tackle challenges related to quality, performance, and reliability.

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in full-stack software development, with a focus on AI/ML technologies.
Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, JavaScript, Python, or Go, and working with modern web applications.
Experience with LLMs, SQL, RDBMS (preferably PostgreSQL), and data warehousing solutions.
Strong software engineering practices, including coding, unit testing, and design documentation.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience.
Advanced English proficiency and experience with Agile methodologies.
