The Senior Full Stack Software Engineer will lead the design, development, and maintenance of secure and scalable software solutions for the digital banking platform.
Responsibilities include mentoring team members, contributing to architectural decisions, and enhancing the online banking experience.
The position offers a salary range of 115,000 - 130,000 CAD per annum, along with bonuses and equity.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of professional experience in enterprise-level software development using C# and .NET Core.
A minimum of 4+ years of front-end development experience with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is required.
Applicants should have 4+ years of SQL experience, including query optimization, index management, and performance tuning.
Proven experience in designing scalable APIs and integrating third-party SDKs or platforms is essential.
Strong knowledge of cloud hosting platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, along with cloud-native practices, is necessary.
A track record of working in high-growth or startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and ownership, is preferred.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience is mandatory.
