The position is for a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer within the Client Services Team.
Responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining robust, secure, and scalable software solutions for the digital banking platform.
The role involves mentoring team members, contributing to architectural decisions, and enhancing the online banking experience for customers.
The salary range for this position is between 115,000 - 130,000 CAD per annum, with additional bonuses and equity options.
Requirements:
Candidates must have 6+ years of professional experience in enterprise-level software development using C# and .NET Core.
A minimum of 4+ years of experience in front-end development with Angular or React, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS is required.
Candidates should possess 4+ years of SQL experience, including skills in query optimization, index management, and performance tuning.
Proven experience in designing scalable APIs and integrating third-party SDKs or platforms is essential.
Strong knowledge of cloud hosting platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and cloud-native practices is necessary.
A track record of working in high-growth or startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and ownership, is preferred.
Exceptional problem-solving skills, communication abilities, and a collaborative mindset are required.
A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience is mandatory.
