Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer at Cloverly, you will collaborate with teammates in engineering, product, design, and QA to bring innovative product features to market.
You will understand and continuously improve processes and practices throughout the development process.
Maintaining a high bar for quality and operational excellence while delivering value quickly is crucial.
Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, your experience and unique perspective will be essential in building and executing the roadmap.
Preferred experience includes 5-8 years of designing, shipping, and supporting production systems.
Strong working experience in dynamically typed languages like NodeJS and Python, relational databases like Postgres, key/value datastores like Redis/Mongo, and front-end technologies like React is required.
Strong communication and collaboration skills are necessary, along with the ability to work with and mentor more junior engineers.
Bonus points for candidates with experience in an early-stage startup, building and running a marketplace or B2B marketplace platform, and a passion for environmental sustainability and addressing climate change.
Requirements:
