As a Fullstack engineer on the Behavioral Intelligence team, you will report to one of the founding members and play a pivotal role in bringing new products to market using behavioral data.
The role requires a curious, builder, and tinkerer mindset to help prototype, iterate, and build new products.
You will collaborate closely with designers, product managers, Data Scientists, ML engineers, and backend engineers to impact new lines of business for FullStory.
The team works in a product-centric environment with a tight feedback loop with customers, utilizing FullStory’s Fullcapture data and processing infrastructure to deliver real-time solutions.
Daily tasks may include pairing with Design, PM, and Engineering to plan and build new features, building user interfaces in React and Typescript, developing customer workflows with data visualization and AI systems, and exercising creativity in prototyping and experimentation.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience in a product-centric engineering role or aspire to work in one.
A passion for building end-to-end experiences with good UX and ensuring the product is coherent from all angles is essential.
An interest in data visualization, thoughtful frontend experiences, and well-written tests is required.
Enjoyment of the planning, building, and maintaining cycle of new products is necessary.
Strong self-motivation and excitement for collaborative work, including code reviews and design reviews, are important.
A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required.
