Remote Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack

• Redox is seeking a Senior Software Engineer - Fullstack to join their remote engineering team.
• The role involves designing and implementing frontend and API-based customer-facing features, as well as backend engineering tasks.
• Responsibilities include developing high-quality APIs and UIs, leading technical design, coding, testing, and documentation of engineering initiatives.
• The position requires working primarily in NodeJS, React, and Typescript, collaborating with a talented team to achieve defined outcomes.
• The projects will focus on empowering customers, increasing scalability, and stability of core services.
• The Senior Software Engineer will participate in team on-call rotations and ensure code and security standards are implemented.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a software engineer.
• Strong experience in backend engineering, building APIs, and working with databases.
• Competent in front-end development, including building UIs and working with frontend UI frameworks and CSS frameworks.
• Ability to lead complex projects, work well with stakeholders, and build maintainable, well-tested systems.
• Full-cycle SDLC experience, covering requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and support.

Benefits:

• Redox offers a base salary range of $159,000 - $187,000 per year, with potential for incentive compensation.
