As a Fullstack engineer on the Behavioral Intelligence team, you will report to one of the founding members and play a pivotal role in bringing new products to market using behavioral data.
The role requires a curious, builder, and tinkerer mindset to help prototype, iterate, and build new products.
You will work closely with designers, product managers, Data Scientists, ML engineers, and backend engineers to impact new lines of business for FullStory.
The team operates in a product-centric environment with a tight feedback loop with customers, aiming to deliver novel real-time solutions powered by FullStory’s Fullcapture data.
Daily tasks may include pairing with Design, PM, and Engineering to plan and build new features, building user interfaces in React and Typescript, developing customer workflows interfacing with data visualization and AI systems, and exercising creativity in prototyping and experimentation.

Requirements:

Candidates should have experience in a product-centric engineering role or aspire to work in one.
A passion for building end-to-end experiences with good UX and ensuring the product makes sense from every angle is essential.
Excitement about data visualization, thoughtful frontend experiences, and well-written tests is required.
Enjoyment of the cycle of planning, building, and maintaining new products is necessary.
Strong self-motivation and a collaborative spirit are important, as code reviews, design reviews, and pairing are standard practices.
