Description:
The Senior Software Engineer at Vanta will lead and mentor engineers to deliver high-value products for customers and scalable infrastructure.
Vanta's mission is to secure the internet and protect consumer data by continuously monitoring and verifying security, empowering companies to practice better security effortlessly.
The product integrates deeply with services presenting security risks, analyzes data, and alerts customers of potential security threats in real-time with remediation guidance.
The Senior Software Engineer will set technical direction to enable product and infrastructure scalability, drive complex projects across the technical stack, and mentor the engineering team.
The Trust organization owns AI-powered products to streamline security reviews between software buyers and sellers, including Trust Center, Questionnaire Automation, and Vendor Risk Management.
The Trust teams are developing enterprise-grade products with high quality and scalability, committed to delivering excellent user experiences for customers from startups to enterprises.
Requirements:
Minimum 8 years of industry experience.
Strong product mindset with previous experience in product engineering or greenfield projects.
Experience working on or shipping enterprise products.
Technical leadership experience for teams or complex projects.
Previous startup experience or working in an environment emphasizing a bias for action.
Familiarity with TypeScript.
Interest in learning about security or prior experience in the space.
