Description:
The Senior Software Engineer will play a crucial role in helping the company scale internationally by building the foundational internationalization platform for all verticals (Air, Hotel, Home, Ground, Fintech) across all channels (iOS, Android, Web).
Responsibilities include scaling, improving, and extending products and services to meet international requirements.
Work closely with a skilled team to deliver the best experience to international customers.
Day-to-day tasks involve pioneering development for international use cases, providing solutions for globalization, delivering complex features using technologies like Scala, Typescript, Swift, Kotlin, GCP Big Table, and more.
Collaborate with technology leadership and other teams to ensure success and maintain a highly available system.
Requirements:
5+ years of full-time software engineering experience with a focus on full stack development.
Ability to lead technical conversations, drive smart architecture decisions, and inspire trust in domain expertise.
Strong ownership mentality, long-term thinking, and ability to balance speed with stability.
Understanding of operational processes and experience in building front-end applications.
Knowledge or enthusiasm for internationalization and localization domain.
