Remote Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (m/f/d)

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack at Bitly will be responsible for designing, building, and reimagining industry-leading QR code solutions and experiences.
• They will work with an international team to revitalize global connections through QR codes.
• Responsibilities include implementing and refining application architecture, developing front-end and back-end features, contributing to cross-organizational efforts, and participating in code reviews and deployments.
• The technology stack includes TypeScript/JavaScript, Vue.js, Nuxt.JS, Angular, PHP, NodeJS, Golang, AWS-native services, GitHub, Terraform, Docker, and various 3rd party integrations.

Requirements:

• Experience in cloud-native distributed systems and web applications using the specified frameworks and tools.
• Proficiency in various testing methodologies, API communication, and running environments with decoupled services under high load.
• Up-to-date knowledge of the software development lifecycle, CI/CD practices, and remote team collaboration.
• Familiarity with application security models, AWS ecosystem, Infrastructure as Code practices, and Identity and Access Management solutions.
• Strong communication skills, code review practices, and ability to introduce new technologies to the team.
