Vanta is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack for their Questionnaire Automation team, which focuses on leveraging AI to enhance the security review process for customers.
The role is remote and full-time, aimed at providing a strong technical foundation to support Vanta's rapid growth.
The engineer will lead complex projects, advocate for product quality, and collaborate with various teams including product engineers, machine learning engineers, and security experts.
Responsibilities include shaping Vanta’s AI features, improving systems, and setting technical strategy while mentoring the engineering team.
The position offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on customer security and contribute to Vanta's engineering culture.

Requirements:

Candidates should have an interest in learning about security or prior experience in the field.
A minimum of 6 years of experience in full stack development, specifically delivering customer-facing components used by multiple product teams, is required.
Prior experience on a platform team is necessary.
Applicants must have experience with frontend infrastructure challenges related to scale, reliability, or performance.
Proficiency in GraphQL, Typescript, and React, along with familiarity with frontend technologies, is essential.
Experience working on technical initiatives aimed at web performance, product platform, frontend infrastructure, or developer productivity is also required.
