Remote Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack), Segment

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer position at Twilio's Segment product team involves creating high-quality, modern solutions for complex engineering problems and contributing to the development of Customer Data Platforms.
• Responsibilities include designing and building the next generation of Customer Experience, developing UI platform tools, collaborating on architectural trade-offs, mentoring junior engineers, supporting technical initiatives, and managing work through Github, Jira, and build/deploy systems.
• The role requires acquiring new technical skills in a fast-paced environment and working remotely from India.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required.
• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with a focus on frontend technologies like JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and CSS.
• Strong collaboration skills to foster alignment across functions and organizations.
• Solid understanding of software development fundamentals and RESTful service implementation best practices.
• Interest in building full-stack applications with modern tools and languages.
• Familiarity with architectural patterns, anti-patterns, and best practices.
• Desired qualifications include experience with nodejs, GraphQL, databases, UI platform tools, and testing methodologies for frontend and backend.
