Description:

Vanta is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack (Test Experience) to join their remote team in the US.
The mission of Vanta is to secure the internet and protect consumer data by continuously monitoring and verifying security.
The role involves helping to scale Vanta's product and infrastructure while working on complex projects across the technical stack.
The Test Experience team is responsible for the full lifecycle of the Tests feature, which provides customers with visibility into their compliance posture and streamlines audit evidence collection.
Key responsibilities include leading complex projects, designing and developing new product functionality using modern frameworks (TypeScript, React, Node.js), and influencing architecture for execution infrastructure.
The position offers opportunities to work on scaling execution infrastructure, building test customization, and utilizing AI for better test remediation.

Requirements:

Candidates must have at least 5 years of industry experience.
Experience with front-end development technologies and frameworks is required.
Candidates should have a track record of driving projects focused on scaling product infrastructure.
Technical leadership experience for teams or complex projects is necessary.
Experience launching greenfield products in collaboration with users and product managers is essential.
Candidates should have experience working in rapidly scaling startups or large companies that prioritize a bias for action.

The base pay range for this position is $190,000 - $223,000, with potential for commissions/bonus, equity, and other company perks.
