Description:

Vanta is seeking a Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack with a focus on Test Experience to help secure the internet and protect consumer data.
The role involves working on complex projects across the technical stack to enable the product and infrastructure to scale with the business.
The Test Experience team is pivotal in ensuring high standards of security and compliance for customers by owning the lifecycle of critical features on the Vanta platform.
Responsibilities include scaling execution infrastructure, building test customization, and utilizing AI for better test remediation.
The position involves leading projects, designing new product functionality, influencing architecture, and driving initiatives to increase operational posture.
The successful candidate will play a role in defining Vanta's engineering culture as the company grows.

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years of industry experience is required for this role.
Experience with front-end development, technologies, and frameworks is necessary.
Demonstrated experience in scaling product infrastructure and leading technical projects is essential.
Previous experience launching greenfield products in collaboration with users and product managers is a requirement.
Background working at rapidly scaling startups or large companies with a bias for action is preferred.
