Remote Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack Web

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer, Fullstack Web will collaborate with a stream-aligned squad responsible for Creator Acquisitions at LTK.
• The role involves empowering premium lifestyle Creators to achieve maximum economic success by solving tough problems and making tough decisions as part of a dream team.
• Responsibilities include writing high-quality, well-tested code, taking ownership of projects, working in a fast-paced environment, and driving improvements to software and development processes.
• The position requires technical leadership in developing web features and platforms using Vue.js, ownership of projects from inception to delivery, collaboration with product managers and designers, mentorship of other engineers, and performance optimization of web applications.
• The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of web development experience with a focus on JavaScript frameworks, strong problem-solving skills, experience with performance optimization, and a track record of leading and mentoring other engineers.
• Other requirements include experience in agile development environments, excellent communication skills, a proactive mindset, and a BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of web development experience with a focus on JavaScript frameworks, particularly Vue.js.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining complex web applications that scale.
• Deep understanding of the web stack, including HTTP, CSS, HTML5, JavaScript, and modern web development tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for tackling challenging technical problems.
• Experience with performance optimization and identifying bottlenecks to improve web application speed.
• Track record of leading and mentoring other engineers in an agile development environment.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Proactive, self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience integrating third-party APIs and working with cloud services (AWS preferred).
• BS/MS in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent experience.
