Join 3Pillar as a Senior Software Engineer specializing in Go, where you will contribute to innovative projects that redefine urban living, establish new media channels, and drive healthcare innovation.
Craft client code that is efficient, performant, testable, scalable, secure, and of the highest quality.
Provide accurate status tracking, reporting, and estimation using project methods and tools.
Gather requirements, validate understanding among the team, and create and maintain relevant documentation.
Execute activities within current methodology while upholding the highest quality standards.
Foster collaboration with engineers, designers, and managers to understand user pain points and iterate on solutions that drive client success.
Take ownership of projects from technical design to successful launch.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Go and related technologies is required.
Knowledge of Linux, networking, and virtualization tools is essential.
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, and AWS is necessary.
Experience in engineering software systems of medium-to-large scope and complexity is required.
Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies is expected.
Proficiency with relational databases and SQL is necessary.
Experience in building backend applications at scale is required.
Proficiency in the English language is essential.
Additional desired experience includes knowledge of source control tools, understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), proficiency in Object-Oriented Programming, knowledge of protocols like HTTP, and familiarity with serialization formats like JSON and XML.
Knowledge of document databases and experience with unit testing is also desired.
