Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer, with at least 2 years in a Senior Software Engineer role.
Expertise in Golang is required, with a focus on building web-based backend systems, APIs, and services.
Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP is necessary.
Strong experience with backend system design, microservices architecture, and API development is essential.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills are required.
Candidates should have a history of influencing others outside of their team.
A Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is mandatory.
Bonus points for professional experience with video streaming technologies and familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
