Requirements:

Candidates should have experience in technically leading a team of engineers.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in designing highly-scalable and highly-available systems, primarily in Go, is required.
Candidates must take pride in their engineering practices, ensuring quality and documentation are prioritized.
Good communication skills and fluency in English are essential.
