Sanity.io is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for their Growth team, which is focused on driving acquisition, activation, and monetization through A/B testing, experimentation, and user research.
The position is remote, available to candidates in the United States (East Coast) or Europe.
The role involves building product experiments from ideation to production, improving user experiences across various product surfaces, and collaborating with multiple teams.
Responsibilities include working across the stack, from creating user interfaces with React to setting up API endpoints and analyzing experiment results.
The engineer will utilize a variety of technologies, including TypeScript, React, Node.js, Next.js, and Vercel.

Requirements:

Candidates must be based in Europe or North America (East Coast/ET).
A minimum of 5 years of experience as a software engineer in a high-growth company is required.
Applicants should be technology generalists, comfortable with rapid A/B testing and familiar with experimentation methodologies and tools.
Proficiency in writing maintainable HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React code is essential, with a focus on good design and user experience.
