Apollo is seeking a Senior Software Engineer for the Growth team, which is crucial for ensuring a smooth onboarding process for customers and maximizing the use of Apollo’s product suite.
The role involves developing and delivering features that enhance user engagement and long-term value.
Responsibilities include designing and implementing technical solutions that drive business outcomes, focusing on user engagement, activation, and retention.
The engineer will work across Apollo’s product portfolio, suggesting and building new features and improvements to enhance user satisfaction.
Collaboration with product, design, and engineering teams is essential to execute high-impact projects aligned with growth objectives.
The position requires participation in a fast-paced environment, fostering a culture of experimentation and supporting market expansion.
The engineer will drive end-to-end development of new features, utilizing technologies such as Kotlin, Rust, React, TypeScript, and Postgres.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience as a full-stack engineer with a focus on backend systems and infrastructure.
Experience working on engineering teams that drive growth, user engagement, or product innovation is required.

The salary range for this position is $144,500 - $182,750 per year, with compensation based on skills and experience.
Apollo offers equity and benefits in addition to the base salary.
