Description:

• Hims & Hers is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to join the Category Activation & Reactivation team.
• The role involves collaborating with various teams to develop innovative features that drive growth across all treatment categories on hims.com and forhers.com.
• Responsibilities include leading feature design, development, and deployment for the web storefront, building scalable solutions on the front-end, and mentoring team members.
• The Senior Software Engineer will work with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions, contribute to technical and strategic visions, and ensure high-quality code delivery.
• Continuous improvement, collaboration, and adherence to best practices are key aspects of the role.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in e-commerce or growth-focused environments.
• Proficiency in modern web technologies like React, GraphQL, Javascript, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience in building complex consumer web applications with strong state management and CSS knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, communication, and collaboration abilities.
• Familiarity with responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and cloud hosting providers like AWS.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet tight deadlines.
