Remote Senior Software Engineer, Growth Engineering (Storefront)

Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer will join the dynamic Web Storefront team at Hims & Hers to work on enhancing the user experience on the web storefront.
• Responsibilities include leading the design, development, and deployment of new features, implementing scalable front-end and back-end solutions, and setting best practices for architecture and coding.
• The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to the strategic vision for the storefront pods, and actively participating in sprint ceremonies to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in an e-commerce or growth-focused engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of modern web technologies such as React, GraphQL, Javascript, Typescript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with e-commerce platforms and knowledge of e-commerce best practices.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
