Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Help & Support Team at Square, you will be responsible for evolving support products for millions of merchants.
You will work on routing sellers to the right help experiences at the right time based on their unique needs using experimentation, personalization, and recommendation relevancy.
Your role involves improving application architecture, testing, and build pipeline to ensure technical sustainability and scale for merchants and teams.

Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience in building web apps and large-scale applications.
Proficiency in modern front-end and server-side technologies and frameworks.
Experience in developing product infrastructure and web services.
Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve optimal results.
