Description:

  • As a Senior Software Engineer on the Help & Support Team at Square, you will be responsible for evolving support products for millions of merchants.
  • You will work on routing sellers to the right help experiences at the right time based on their unique needs using experimentation, personalization, and recommendation relevancy.
  • Your role involves improving application architecture, testing, and build pipeline to ensure technical sustainability and scale for merchants and teams.
  • You will have the opportunity to impact real business challenges, optimize the seller experience, and iterate rapidly on features, tooling, and processes.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in building web apps and large-scale applications.
  • Proficiency in modern front-end and server-side technologies and frameworks.
  • Experience in developing product infrastructure and web services.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to achieve optimal results.
