Description:
As a Senior Software Engineer in the Help & Support Team at Square, you will be responsible for evolving support products for millions of merchants.
The role involves leveraging experimentation, personalization, and recommendation relevancy to ensure merchants are routed to the right help experiences at the right time.
You will work towards technical sustainability and scalability to benefit both merchants and Square teams.
Responsibilities include exposure to real business challenges, improving application architecture, testing, and build pipeline, optimizing the seller experience, and iterating rapidly on features and processes.
Requirements:
5+ years of relevant experience is required for this position.
Proficiency in building web apps and large-scale applications is essential.
Ability to work with modern front-end and server-side technologies and frameworks.
Experience in developing product infrastructure and web services.
Collaborative skills to work with cross-disciplinary teams for optimal results.
