Description:
As a Backend Engineer, you will participate in the design and implementation of application architectures tailored to product contexts.
You will contribute to backend development on microservices, such as APIs or event-driven services, ensuring high availability, robustness, performance, and security of these applications. The backend stack is based on PHP Symfony, MariaDB, and GitLab.
You will participate in code reviews, provide suggestions, and adhere to established development guidelines.
You will challenge the Product Owner on their needs and how to address them effectively.
You will test all the code you produce, including unit and integration tests.
You will maintain production activity and improve performance according to defined SLAs.
You will engage in technological monitoring and continuously inform yourself about new developments in the field.
Requirements:
You must have a degree in engineering (Bac +5) and significant experience as a backend developer in a microservices context, with an understanding of frontend dependencies and issues.
You should have knowledge of PHP Symfony, MariaDB, SQL, REST APIs, Docker, and Git.
Familiarity with HTML/CSS and GitLab CI is a plus.
You should be accustomed to agile environments and rapid growth, demonstrating adaptability and responsiveness.
You must possess good communication skills and be comfortable communicating in English.
