Description:

Braze is seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join the Partnerships team, which aims to create a fully integrable platform for brands and technology partners.
The role involves addressing significant engineering challenges, including integrating with strategic partners like Shopify and developing systems for partner onboarding, integration, and metric collection.
The engineer will enhance Braze’s competitive edge by identifying and solving integration patterns and collaborating with designers and product managers to overcome obstacles in expanding the partner base.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of full-stack development experience.
A strong understanding of design, data structures, and algorithms is required.
The ideal candidate should be a self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills and have experience working in a team environment.
Bonus points for professional experience building software at scale and familiarity with Ruby, Ruby on Rails, React, Go, SQL, NoSQL databases, microservice architecture, distributed systems, and API design/monitoring/best practices.
Experience with agile processes and a passion for customer experience are also preferred.
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify is a plus.
