Description:
Join the Canvas Logic & Execution team at Braze to revolutionize how brands connect with their customers.
As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you will design, develop, and deploy highly scalable and performant components for the Canvas platform, impacting millions of users worldwide.
Collaborate with experienced engineers to solve complex technical challenges in distributed systems and large-scale data processing.
Build user-facing features and supporting infrastructure for billions of asynchronous jobs and tens of billions of queries on MongoDB and Redis.
Own projects from design through testing and deployment in an agile environment.
Requirements:
You must have 5+ years of full-stack development experience, with a strong focus on building scalable web applications.
Expertise in front-end technologies such as React, Javascript, and Typescript is required.
You should be an experienced technical leader with a track record of driving architectural decisions and contributing to technical strategy.
A solid foundation in design patterns, data structures, and algorithms is necessary.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential, along with experience working in a team environment.
Bonus points for professional experience building software at scale, handling high volumes of data and traffic.
Experience with Ruby on Rails, Java, MongoDB, microservice architecture, and distributed systems is a plus.
Familiarity with agile processes and a passion for user experience and building intuitive and engaging user interfaces will be advantageous.
