Remote Senior Software Engineer I - AI/ML

Description:

• As a Senior Software Engineer I at Aledade, you will be responsible for maintaining, improving, and expanding web applications and data pipelines.
• You will develop and implement scalable and performant solutions while embracing strategies that minimize risk and focus on observability, alerting, metrics, high test coverage, and frequent releases.
• Your primary duties will include partnering with Engineering Managers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to execute technical roadmaps, mentoring junior engineers, and conducting thorough pull request reviews.
• You will also be involved in improving AI/ML infrastructure for model development, training, and deployment, focusing on large language models and generative AI architectures.
• Additionally, you will design multi-year visions for generative AI areas, architect systems to enhance AI model capabilities, and work with various stakeholders to identify and prioritize AI use cases within the organization.

Requirements:

• BS/BTech (or higher) in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience building full-stack web applications in a cross-functional team.
• 3+ years of experience working with SQL or other database querying language on large multi-table data sets.
• 2+ years of experience as a trusted technical decision-maker in a team setting.
• 2+ years of experience coaching other engineers.
