Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer I - Growth position at SurveyMonkey involves working on the Growth Team to increase user acquisition, conversion, expansion, and engagement through innovating the flagship product and improving user experiences.
• Responsibilities include developing full stack code, implementing unit and automation test suites, and conducting code reviews.
• The role also involves contributing to tech stack enhancements for the adoption of A/B testing, owning Growth projects, partnering with other teams, analyzing experiment outcomes, and championing best practices and coding standards.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience in both front and backend development is required for this role.
• Candidates should have experience with technologies such as JavaScript, React, REST/GraphQL, and Python.
• The ability to build scalable and highly performant applications is essential.
• A growth mindset, the ability to work with remote engineers and cross-functional partners, and enthusiasm for code reviews, collaboration, and mentorship are also necessary.
