Description:

• The Senior Software Engineer I, Growth Adoption, Frontend position at HubSpot involves working on the Growth Adoption Core team to create tools, libraries, components, and apps that drive adoption of products and enhance the in-app onboarding experience.
• Responsibilities include writing and shipping production code with user and business impact, developing new features and tools to contribute to company growth, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and working with various departments within HubSpot.
• The role also involves helping HubSpot customers achieve their goals, implementing experiments for user behavior insights, and gaining exposure to how HubSpot operates as a business.

Requirements:

• Strong frontend development experience with Typescript, JavaScript, and React is required, with a focus on building user-centric solutions and understanding user challenges within the product.
• Candidates should be excited about technical challenges and have an interest in the business side of projects.
• Experience or interest in gaining experience with experimentation and A/B tests is preferred.
