• Responsibilities include developing features and improvements to Dandy’s products, collaborating with Product Management and stakeholders, developing order routing logic, providing real-time data on order status, and building software capabilities to optimize workloads.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 6+ years of full stack software engineering experience, preferably in a high growth startup environment.
• Heavy experience in a product engineering role interfacing directly with end users and cross-functional product teams is required.
• Experience with large and complex production systems is necessary.
• Candidates should have a strong ability to operate with minimal oversight and understand business functions to address challenges through engineering.
• A collaborative, pragmatic, and growth-oriented mindset is essential, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical problems and propose solutions.
• Experience with performance and optimization problems, along with the ability to diagnose and prevent these issues, is required.
• Comfort working in a highly agile and iterative software development process is necessary.
• Effective communication skills are needed to achieve consensus with peers and provide clear status updates.
• Candidates should have experience owning a project from concept to production, including proposal, discussion, and execution.
• Self-motivation, self-management, and excellent organizational skills are required.
• The ability to thrive in a remote-first organization is essential.
• Bonus points for experience with TypeScript or React and time spent at a venture-backed startup during hyper-growth.
