The company is hiring a Senior Software Engineer to join their rapidly scaling technology organization.
This role involves building features and products that enhance how dental staff interact with their lab and drive customer engagement.
The technology stack includes TypeScript, NodeJS, NestJS, React/Redux, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and GCP.
Responsibilities include developing full-stack features, collaborating with Product Management and UX Designers, advocating for product quality, solving technical problems, maintaining coding standards, addressing technical debt, and partnering with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a high growth startup environment.
A strong understanding of business functions and the ability to address challenges through engineering is required.
A collaborative, pragmatic, and growth-oriented mindset is essential.
Candidates should be able to communicate complex technical problems and propose iterative solutions clearly and concisely.
Comfort in a highly agile and iterative software development process is necessary.
Experience in owning projects from concept to production, including proposal and execution, is required.
Self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote-first organization are essential.
Bonus points for experience with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and event-based architectures.
