Requirements:

• Candidates must have 5+ years of software engineering experience, preferably in a high growth startup environment.
• A strong understanding of business functions and the ability to address challenges through engineering is required.
• A collaborative, pragmatic, and growth-oriented mindset is essential.
• Candidates should be able to communicate complex technical problems and propose iterative solutions clearly and concisely.
• Comfort in a highly agile and iterative software development process is necessary.
• Experience in owning projects from concept to production, including proposal and execution, is required.
• Self-motivation, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a remote-first organization are essential.
• Bonus points for experience with TypeScript, PostgreSQL, GraphQL, and event-based architectures.
