Remote Senior Software Engineer, IAM (Frontend)

Description:

• The role focuses on protecting customer data and access while providing flexibility for diverse access control and data-collaboration needs.
• The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate closely with Product and InfoSec teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver solutions for evolving governance.
• The Outreach Governance Platform team aims to provide secure data access while enabling customers to model their workflow needs for collaboration and reporting.
• The team will be responsible for the end-to-end experience for customers to set up, enforce, and use access controls throughout the Outreach application.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have 4+ years of professional software development experience.
• Programming experience with at least one modern frontend language/framework such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue.js is required.
• Experience with frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, Tailwind, and Mui is necessary.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems is required.
• Solid knowledge of OOP and software design is essential, with the ability to create software that is extensible, reusable, and meets desired architectural objectives.
• Familiarity with continuous integration environments is expected.
• A can-do attitude and the ability to be a good team player are important.
• Candidates should have the ability to prioritize tasks properly for incremental delivery.
• A willingness to learn new technologies is necessary.

Benefits:

• The annual base salary range for this role is $126,000-$180,000 USD.
• Candidates may also be offered incentive compensation, bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits.
• Actual compensation is based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
• There is a location-based compensation structure, which may result in different salary ranges for candidates in other locations.
