Description:

The role focuses on protecting customer data and access, which is essential for building and retaining customer trust.
The Senior Software Engineer will collaborate closely with Product and InfoSec teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver solutions for secure data access.
The Outreach Governance Platform team aims to provide secure data access while allowing customers to flexibly model their workflow needs for collaboration and reporting.
The team will be responsible for the end-to-end experience for customers to set up, enforce, and use access controls throughout the Outreach application.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 4+ years of professional software development experience.
Programming experience with at least one modern language such as Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, or C# is required.
A minimum of 2+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design of new and current systems is necessary.
Solid knowledge of OOP and software design is essential; candidates should know how to create software that is extensible, reusable, and meets desired architectural objectives.
Familiarity with continuous integration environments is required.
A can-do attitude and the ability to work well in a team are important.
Candidates must be able to prioritize tasks properly for incremental delivery.
A willingness to learn new technologies is expected.

Bonus points for experience with the technical stack: Ruby on Rails, Golang, ElasticSearch, MySQL, Postgres, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.

The annual base salary range for this role is $126,000-$180,000 USD.
Candidates may also be offered incentive compensation, bonuses, restricted stock units, and benefits.
Actual compensation will be based on factors such as skills, qualifications, and experience.
There is a location-based compensation structure, which may result in different salary ranges for candidates in other locations.
