We are looking for a Senior Software Engineer familiar with GoLang to join our Identity and Access team.
The Identity and Access team is responsible for everything related to authorization and authentication in Grafana.
The team ensures that millions of users can sign in easily and that admins can manage user access effectively.
The role involves streamlining and standardizing the authentication and authorization experience while maintaining existing functionality.
The team embraces experimentation, lean principles, and encourages sharing ideas and perspectives.
The position is remote, and we are only considering candidates located in Canada.

Requirements:

Candidates must have experience with authentication and authorization systems at scale.
Applicants should be comfortable working in a remote-first company and understand the importance of communication.
An interest in the authentication and authorization domains is essential.
Candidates should have solid experience as a Software Engineer and be comfortable working with Go, React, and TypeScript.
The ability to transform ideas into working code and collaborate closely with other engineers, product managers, and designers is required.
Candidates should enjoy working on complex solutions and value security, code maintainability, readability, and testing.

The base compensation range for this role is CAD 153,409 - CAD 184,000, with actual compensation varying based on level, experience, and skillset.
