Requirements:

Candidates must have 7+ years of work experience in Python or strong experience in another programming language with some exposure to Python.
Expertise in at least one popular Python web framework, preferably Django, or a similar framework in another language is required.
A good understanding of SQL and efficient database usage is necessary.
Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript and HTML5 is expected.
Candidates should be able to work effectively in a remote environment and foster a healthy team spirit.
Exemplary problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
The ability to navigate uncertainty and lead complex projects to success is required.
A BSc in Computer Science, Engineering, or a relevant field, or equivalent experience/knowledge is necessary.
