3PILLAR GLOBAL is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II specializing in Angular and .NET for a remote position in India.

The role includes mentoring others through Communities of Practice (CoPs) and supporting the growth of technical capabilities.
The engineer will independently drive project delivery within defined architecture, demonstrating autonomy and accountability from conceptualization to deployment.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5+ years of experience in Angular (Unit Testing, UX design, Figma, Mono Repo), .NET Core, AWS services (Lambda, SQS, Cognito, step functions), containerization, and CI/CD pipelines is required.
The candidate must lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance web applications using .NET Core and Angular.
Collaboration with cross-functional teams (Product Management, QA, Design) to define, design, and ship new features and functionality is essential.
The engineer must ensure code integrity and organization, including conducting code reviews and mentoring junior developers.
Leading by example in writing clean, maintainable, and testable code is a key requirement.
