Jobgether is seeking a Senior Software Engineer II – Capacity Management to join a partner company in the United Kingdom.
The role involves designing and developing robust backend services and user-facing tools that support daily business operations and customer interaction.
The engineer will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to create scalable solutions.
This position is fully remote, offering flexibility and autonomy while being part of a mission-critical team in a high-impact environment.
Key accountabilities include designing and implementing scalable services, driving solution architecture decisions, translating customer needs into technical deliverables, resolving system performance issues, owning support incidents, contributing to documentation, and promoting software development best practices.

Requirements:

Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in software engineering roles with a strong development background.
Proven experience in distributed systems and microservice architectures is required.
Proficiency in unit testing and writing clean, testable code is essential.
Strong problem-solving abilities and sound technical judgment are necessary.
The ability to deliver and receive constructive feedback in a collaborative environment is important.
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to explain complex concepts to varied audiences, are required.
A demonstrated track record of delivering on sprint and quarterly commitments is expected.
Familiarity with relevant technologies is required, including:
- Frontend: React, ASP.NET MVC
- Backend: .NET (C#), SQL Server
- Testing: Playwright, Selenium
- Infrastructure: AWS, TeamCity, Octopus, Datadog, Sumo Logic

This role is fully remote within the United Kingdom.
The annual salary ranges between £76,000 – £95,000 depending on experience.
Employment is through Deel (Employer of Record), providing full UK statutory rights and protections.
